UPTET Recruitment 2018 Notification – Eligibility Criteria
In order to apply for UPTET Exam 2018, candidates have to possess the following eligibility conditions such as Age Limit, Educational Qualification, etc.
Uttar Pradesh TET 2018 Age Limit
- Minimum: 18 Years.
- Maximum: 35 Years.
As per official UPTET notification 2018, upper age relaxation is applicable to the reserved candidates.
UPTET Qualification of Primary Teachers (Class 1 to 5)
- For Primary Level teacher Posts: Candidates must possess Graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks with 2 years diploma in special education (D.Ed) (OR) BTC training from UP (OR) 4-year diploma in elementary education (OR) BTC (Urdu) 2 Year Course (OR) Intermediate with 04 Year B.El.Ed Course.
UP TET Qualification of Upper Primary Teachers (Class 6 to 8)
- For Upper Primary Level Teacher Posts: Candidates should have a Graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks (OR) B.Ed in Pedagogy BTC training from UP (OR) 2 years programme in BTC (OR) Intermediate with 04 Year B.El.Ed Course.
Note: Paper I (Primary Level) is for those candidates who aims to be a teacher for I to V Class & Paper II (Upper Primary Level) to be a teacher for VI to VIII Class.
