JEECUP Counselling 2020
The final process for getting admission into the Polytechnic courses is to attend the JEECUP 2020 Counselling. The JEECUP 2020 Counselling will be held in online mode. All the eligible candidates should attend the UPJEE 2020 Counselling on the scheduled dates. In order to participate in the JEECUP Counselling 2020, the candidates need to register themselves. Then the candidates will be issued JEECUP Counselling letter 2020. The candidates need to attend the JEECUP 2020 Counselling centre along with the documents. The officials verify the certificates at the JEECUP 2020 Counselling centre. Then candidates should fill the choices of institutes and courses in the order of their preference. Finally, the seat will be alloted to the applicants based on the rank scored by the candidate in the UP Polytechnic 2020 exam. JEECUP Counselling Procedure 2020
Follow the below steps for Counselling of JEECUP 2020.
Step-1: Online Registration for JEECUP 2020 Counselling
- The candidates have to register on the official website.
- Fill the details like application number, the name of the candidate and other details.
- After registration, the candidates should log into the account by entering the user Id and password.
- Then the candidates must pay the fee in online.
Step-2: Filling of Choices
- After logging into the page, the candidates should enter the options of their preference.
- Candidates should choose his choice of course and colleges.
- Exercise number of options to get a seat.
- Then the candidate should lock all the options that are filled by the candidate.
- Take a printout of it for further reference purpose.
Step-3: Certificate Verification
- All the candidates who have participated in choice filling step should visit the counselling centre along with the documents which are provided above.
- The candidates are not permitted to attend the JEECUP 2020 counselling without the documents.
Step-4: Seat Allotment
- Candidates will be alloted seats based on the rank, reservation rules, options entered by the candidate during the web counselling procedure.
- The seat alloted candidates have to pay a security fee of Rs 3000.
- After payment of security fee, the candidates should participate in any of the following rounds.
Float: The candidate can participate in further rounds of Counselling to upgrade the seat allotment.
Freeze: The alloted seat of the candidate will be made final and the candidate is not allowed to participate in further rounds of JEECUP counselling.
Step-5: Reporting at the Alloted College
- After allotment of seat, the officials publish the allotment details on the official website.
- Then download the JEECUP Allotment Order.
- Report at the institute along with the allotment order and required documents to confirm their admission.
