The candidate has to carry original certificates and two sets of xerox copies for all mentioned certificates.

• Diploma/Degree Provisional Certificate.
• SSC or it’s equivalent Memo (as Date of Birth Proof).
• IV to Diploma Study Certificate for diploma candidates.
• VII to Degree Study Certificate for Degree candidates.
• Residence Certificate for preceding seven years of the qualifying examination, i.e., Diploma/Degree.
• Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of father/mother for 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar in respect of Non-Local Candidates.
• Integrated Community Certificate or Caste Certificate in case of BC/SC/ST.
• Income Certificate or White Ration Card (candidate’s name and either of the parent’s name has to be reflected in the ration card, for those who claim tuition fee reimbursement).
• Aadhar Card.

Required APECET Counselling 2020 Certificates for NCC/PH/CAP/Sports/Minority Candidates

PH:

• Candidates have to submit a certificate issued by District Medical Board.

NCC:

• The candidates have to produce National Cadet Corps A/B/C Original Certificate issued by competent authorities.

Sports:

• Candidates have to submit an original certificate issued by competent authority.
• Also, the candidate should have represented from Andhra Pradesh.

CAP:

• Children of Ex-Service and InService persons who are domicile of Andhra Pradesh will alone be considered for
  allotment of seats under CAP Category.
• Candidates have to submit a certificate from Zilla Sainik Welfare Board.
• Produce Discharge Card, Identity Card, etc. for verification.

Minority:

• Candidates have to produce SSC TC Certificate containing religion (Muslim/ Christian/Other Linguistic).
• In the absence of TC, a certificate issued by the Head of Institution in which the student studied/appeared
  for SSC or its equivalent Examination.

AP ECET Counselling Stages | AP ECET Web Counselling 2020 Procedure

The AP ECET Counselling 2020 consists of various stages. The candidate acquires a seat in college if he/she completes all these stages. Online Fee Payment

1. First, go to the official website, apecet.nic.in.
2. And, click on ‘Processing Fee Payment Online.’

6. Select any one mode of payment, i.e., credit card/ debit card/ net banking and enter asked details.

8. Note that, the candidate can also pay the fee in offline mode at verification centres.

AP ECET Certificate Verification

1. The candidate has to choose the nearest helpline centre to participate in AP ECET Counselling.
2. Carry all the necessary certificates along with originals and two sets of xerox copies.
3. After verifying certificates, the officials direct you towards payment gateway. You can either pay the fee offline or submit online payment receipt.
4. Finally, an acknowledgement of certificates will be given.
